USA Junior Olympic Volleyball - Delta Region

You MUST be a member of USA Volleyball to be certified as a USAV official and to
work USAV matches in the Delta Region. Being a high school official does NOT
substitute for this.
To complete the annual referee certification you must:
1. Review the 2008 rule book provided to you by Little Rock Juniors.
2. Attend a club referee clinic and complete an open book test.
4. Be rated. Receive a satisfactory practical rating (passing score 80%) in each of
two matches, one as a first referee and one as a second referee. Juniors who wish to
officiate above their age level must be rated during a match at that level. To be
considered for Regional Referee status juniors must have successfully completed
ratings as first and second referee during an 18 and under junior or adult match.
Ratings to be conducted by any current certified official.
