USA Junior Olympic Volleyball - Delta Region
| 2008 - 2009 Registration Process: |
STEP ONE:
Each player must complete the USAV registration process with the Delta Region and pay the $40.00 fee online
with a credit card. (If you are unable to provide payment online, you can submit your Delta Region payment at the time
of tryout.)
Registration for players under the age of 18 MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN. Parent's will be
required to enter their Driver's license number as part of the online "electronic signature"

- Click on New Member OR Renew Membership if you played club ball last season.
- If you are renewing your membership, your USAV "user name" will be an email address.
- Go slow and take your time, it can get a little confusing at times.
- Be sure to select Little Rock Juniors in the area for selecting a club so we will know that you have registered and
will be expecting you at tryouts. - Do not exit the registration process without clicking on the Medical Release form link and completing all information.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
- You will be required to present both the email confirmation and the Medical Release document at
tryouts.

STEP THREEE:
New players (players that did not play with the club last season) MUST bring a copy of your birth certificate or you
will not be allowed to tryout.

1. Copy of Membership Application Confirmation from step one.
2. Completed and signed Medical Release Form from step one.
3. Two copies of the Player Information form.
4. Copy of Birth Certificate, if you did not play with Little Rock Juniors last season.
5. A check made payable to Little Rock Juniors in the amount of $25.00.

Bring a check made payable to Little Rock Juniors for $25.00. This is a non-refundable tryout fee.
**Players that do not make a team and choose to participate in our Skills and Drills program will receive a $25.00 credit
toward the Skills and Drills program.
