2009 - 2010 Registration Process: (Updated 10/5/2009)
ATTENTION EVERYONE: Little Rock Juniors Online Registration MUST BE COMPLETED in addition to the online
registration with USA Volleyball-Delta Region.
All players whether NEW or RETURNING must complete all registration steps below:
If you do not complete the below process you will be completing manual paperwork prior to tryouts which will
increase the time it takes you to check in!
If you wait until November 1st or after to register you MUST ALSO bring printed copies of BOTH your registration
confirmations (USAV and LRJ) with you to tryouts and expect a longer check-in time.
Players that successfully complete registration steps below before November 1st and have their proper
paperwork from Steps 3, 4 & 5 with them at tryouts, should experience an expedited check-in process.

STEP ONE:
1. Complete online registration at USA Volleyball. (Don't forget the next step in this section!!!)
2. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. Upon receipt, forward a copy of this email
to: admin@lrjuniors.com
3. You can generate a Medical Release form from the USAV registration site by logging out of the USAV site and then
logging back in or you can manually complete one in step three below.
- Each player must complete the USAV registration process with the Delta Region and pay the $40.00 fee
online with a credit card. (Only Mastercard or Visa accepted)

STEP TWO: Complete online registration at Little Rock Juniors
STEP THREE: Print and complete the 2010 Medical Release Form and the Player Information Form. and bring TWO
COPIES OF EACH FORM with you to tryouts. (Note: You may print the Medical Release form from the USAV registration
site that will auto complete a lot of the form for you.)
STEP FOUR: Bring a copy of your Birth Certificate, if you have never played for Little Rock Juniors before.
STEP FIVE: If you opted to not pay the $25.00 tryout fee online during registration, bring a check to tryouts made
payable to Little Rock Juniors in the amount of $25.00. (Do NOT MAIL your tryout fee.) If you also opted not to pay the
$40.00 USAV fee during that registration process your check should be made payable to Little Rock Juniors in the amount of
$65.00.
**Players that do not make a team and choose to participate in our Skills and Drills program will receive a $25.00 credit
toward the Skills and Drills program.

EXISTING Member. Players NEW to Little Rock Juniors for the 2009-2010 season should register as New
Members.

Returning members: Please be sure to review and edit your personal information.
