In the main atrium of the Convention Center take the escalator
to the lower level.  All courts are located in Governor Halls I - IV.
**Coolers are not allowed in the convention center.

Seating is provided at all courts.  No outside chairs are needed.

No coolers are permitted inside the convention center at any time.

Refunds:  Refunds of 50% will be given after early entry deadline (February 7) up until two weeks
prior to the tournament (February 21) when no refunds will be given. Teams failing to show for the
tournament also forfeit entry fee and their region commissioner will be contacted.
Referees:
    Certified R1's for all matches will be provided

    Teams must provide Certified R2, two line judges, libero tracker, score flip, and
    Certified score keeper.

     Coaches are considered part of the officiating team and are required to remain
    with their team during officiating duties.
Trainer:
    On site medical services provided by the staff of Arkansas Specialty
    Orthopaedics and St. Vincent Orthopedic Center
Awards:
Individuals medals provided to each team
member and coach for both 1st and 2nd
place team in each division.
At the completion of the championship match
in the GOLD bracket only, in each age
division, an individual trophy for "Most
Valuable Player" will be awarded to one
player from each team.
Concessions:
    No coolers are permitted inside the convention center at any time.

    On site concessions are provided by the Peabody Hotel in accordance with the
    State House Convention Center Contract.
Water:  
Look for our Water Station where we will be selling ICE COLD WATER for $1.00

There will also be sharpies available at the water station so that you can place an
identifying mark on your bottle cap!
