If your hotel of choice is not listed, please let them know and they will accommodate your team in getting the lowest rate available. Using CSTT Sports enables us to gather the information necessary needed to help reduce convention center costs, which in turn will keep entry fees lower. |

| How does CSST Hotel service work? Teams select which hotel they want to stay in from the hotel list. If the hotel you would like to stay in is not on the list of hotels, contact Bill Long, bill@cstt.com and let him know your preferences. Once you have decided where you want to stay, go to the list of hotels and click on the button labeled "Room Request Form". Complete the form (team name, rooms required, contact) and submit. CSTT will secure your rooms with the requested hotel within 24 hours and will email the confirmation information to you. In the confirmation email are copies of all paperwork, and you are asked to verify that everything is correct. You will also be provided a LOGIN to the online rooming list system. Teams can fax or email a list of names that rooms will be reserved in, but most teams use the online system. Each team is provided with a user name and password. The team manager/parent can simply forward this information to each parent so they can sign up for their own rooms. All cutoff and cancellation dates are clearly stated. The Team Manager/Parent can go onto the online rooming system at any time and see the list of those that have signed up (either by online or calling CSST directly). On the due date, CSTT simply downloads the list from their secure server and sends to the hotel. Any rooms not required, i.e. team booked 12 rooms but only needed 10, are released back to the hotel. If teams need to cancel or alter their reservation they contact CSTT who handles the changes with the hotel. Payment for rooms is made by each individual at time of checkout. |
