Parking Meters:

On street parking meters operate 8 A.M. to 6 P.M., Monday through Friday. The City  observes free parking
after 6:00 PM each weekday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Several hundred on street parking
spaces are available within a few blocks of the State House Convention Center.


Parking Lots / Parking Decks:

  • Many private lots charge hourly to daily rates for parking. Prices range from $3-$10.00 per day.
    Be sure you put the proper amount of payment into the payment slot that corresponds with the
    numbered space you park in.  You will be ticketed for not making proper payment!

  • A 650 space public parking deck located only one  block from the Statehouse Convention Center
    on Main Street between 2nd and 3rd.  Per hour and Daily charges apply on the weekend and are
    assessed upon each exit of the deck.

  • A 550 space underground public parking deck located at Robinson Center and the Doubletree
    Hotel provides guests with well-lighted, weather-protected parking.  Per hour and Daily charges
    apply on the weekend and are assessed upon each exit of the deck. This deck is a three block
    walk to the Convention Center.

On the map below please note that yellow streets are TWO-way streets and all the white streets are
ONE-way streets, so circling the block sometimes is not so easy!
