Leveling Up!

We’re raising the bar for LRJ athletes this season with a bold commitment to elite training and holistic development. Our team has worked relentlessly to bring together a powerhouse lineup of dedicated coaches and certified trainers, all focused on delivering top-tier instruction.

  • Every LRJ athlete will train under the guidance of Division I collegiate coaches, GSM certified coaches, and coaches with collegiate and club experience.
  • Players will participate in age-appropriate strength and conditioning sessions led by a certified professional
  • They will also engage in mental performance workshops and receive nutritional education throughout the season.

This is more than just volleyball—it’s a full-circle approach to building confident, resilient athletes.

Explore the details below—this is a season you won't want to miss with LRJ!

Master Coaching by D1 College Coaches

Jorge Martinez, Associate Head Coach at the University of Arkansas Little Rock, and Jo Garcia, Assistant Coach at the University of Central Arkansas, will design and oversee practices for our teams, working together with each team’s coach to ensure the highest level of training to our teams and athletes. Athletes will also benefit from positional training incorporated into practice sessions.

Strength and Conditioning Training

Anna Cazano, who holds a BS in Health Studies from Arkansas State University and is a certified NASM personal trainer, will provide age-appropriate strength and conditioning training for our athletes.

Meet Anna.  My name is Anna Cazano, your new Strength and Conditioning Coach. I'm excited to help our athletes become stronger, faster, and more confident this season. My goal is to build a strong foundation in athleticism and injury prevention while creating a positive, empowering environment where every girl can thrive!

HUDL + LRJ Partnership

This season, as another part of our Level Up initiative, Little Rock Juniors has entered into a partnership with Hudl, the industry leader in video analysis, video exchange, and automated capture technology.

This collaboration introduces tools that will enhance player development, streamline video sharing, and maximize recruiting opportunities for LRJ athletes at every level of our club.

Video analysis made easy.
We can now record our matches and practices, upload them to Hudl, and easily dissect every aspect of our game. This means pinpointing strengths and areas for improvement has never been more convenient.

Individual player growth.
With Hudl, every player can track their performance and growth over time. Detailed statistics, highlight reels, and personal notes can be created to ensure everyone on the team can progress.

Recruitment and exposure.
For those aiming to take their volleyball careers further, Hudl can help in recruiting efforts. We can create standout highlight reels and share them with recruiters, potentially opening up doors to college opportunities.

Fan engagement.
For our dedicated supporters, Hudl makes it easy to share highlights and match footage. We can also stream games for free through HudlTV.

Nutritional Education

Nutritional education will be available from a certified dietician for our players and their parents.
