Only Cash, *Credit/Debit card or CashApp will be accepted for payment.
One day pass- $15
Two day Pass- $20
Children 10 years of age and under are free.
*Wristbands purchased with credit/debit card will be charged a $1.00 convenience fee per wristband. ($16.00 / $21.00)

AM Wave: 13 Classic, 13 Club, 16 Classic, 16 Club
PM Wave: 13 Classic, 16 Classic, 16 Club, 17's, 18's
**Daylight Saving Time starts this weekend. Spring Forward 1 hour on Saturday night.
*Saturday - 2 pools of 13 Club at UALR; all others at CC
*Sunday - 16 Classic Gold/Silver/Bronze and 16 Club Silver/Bronze will play at UALR; all other brackets at CC
SCHEDULE for Week 2:
(11,12,14,15's) March 16-17
AM WAVE: 11s, 14 Classic, 14 Club
PM WAVE: (Parade Alert and route info)
12s, 15 Classic, 15 Club
*Saturday March 16: one pool of 11’s, two pools of 12’s and one pool of 14 Club will play at UALR in the Jack Stephens Center Arena; all other age divisions will play at the convention center.
*Sunday March 17: The 14 Classic Gold, 14 Classic Bronze and 14 Club Bronze brackets will play at UALR; all other brackets will play at convention center.
CHECK-IN PROCESS
1. Teams are required to check-in online through AES. We will not accept paper copies of rosters on site.
2. Coaches with teams playing AT ualr ON sATURDAY MUST CHECK-IN AT THE tOLTEC REGISTRATION DESK BEFORE ENTERING THE PLAYING AREA TO PICKUP WRISTBAND AND TOURNAMENT TAGS FOR THEIR PLAYERS.
cOACHES WITH TEAMS PLAYING AT uALR ON SATURDAY MUST CHECK-IN ON SITE BEFORE ENTERING THE PLAYING AREA TO PICKUP THEIR WRISTBAND AND TOURNAMENT TAGS FOR THEIR PLAYERS.
3. EACH TEAM IS LIMITED TO TWO COACHING PASSES AND ONLY ONE PASS PER COACH (IF LISTED ON MULTIPLE ROSTERS).
4. Coaches must carry a copy of their roster with them at all times.
