The goal of Little Rock Juniors is to provide the best possible volleyball experience to every athlete that is involved in our program- as a player, person and student/athlete.
To achieve that goal we strive to maximize the individual skill level of every player. We stress development of fundamental technical skills, learning to work together as a team and personal habits that lead to success in any walk of life.

Training Sessions in July and August
Elevate your game to the next level with our comprehensive all skills volleyball group lessons! Designed for players of every level, our program offers a dynamic learning environment where participants can master essential techniques, strategic insights, and teamwork dynamics.
Three Courts, Nine Essential Skills: Our innovative setup features three dedicated courts, each focusing on three critical aspects of volleyball proficiency:
1. Serving, Passing, and Serve Receive Court: Work on your serving precision, master the art of accurate passing, and refine your ability to serve receive. Led by experienced coaches, this court emphasizes the foundational skills crucial for successful ball control.
2. Setting, Attacking, and Blocking Court: Take your offensive game to the next level with advanced instruction in setting techniques and attacking strategies. Learn to attack with range, power and precision. Master all footwork and blocking techniques of blocking to dominate at the net.
3. Individual Defense, Team Defense, and Unique Game Scenarios Court: Sharpen your defensive moves with a variety of repetitions focused on individual and team defense strategies. From mastering every defensive movement by frequency to adapting to unique game scenarios, this court will enhance your ability to anticipate opponents moves and fall in love with defense.
Expert Coaching and Personalized Feedback: Benefit from the guidance of our certified coaches, who bring years of experience and expertise to each session. Receive personalized feedback tailored to your skill level and goals, ensuring steady progress and improvement throughout the program.
Small Group Setting for Maximum Impact: Enjoy the camaraderie of small group instruction, where individualized attention and mutual support thrive. Cost: $240.00 per session (16 hours of training per monthly session)
Recommended for 4th - 12th graders*
*Must have prior volleyball experience either on school or club teams.
Dates: Tuesday and Thursdays 6:00 - 8:00 PM
July Session: (7/9, 7/11, 7/16, 7/18, 7/23, 7/25, 7/30, 8/1)
August Session: (8/6, 8/8 ,8/13, 8/15, 8/20, 8/22, 8/27, 8/29)

Skills Clinic for 2nd- 7th Graders

Great for beginners or players new to volleyball.
Program Description: The program aims to provide participants with an engaging and energetic setting to learn and enhance volleyball skills. The emphasis is on mastering volleyball basics and refining fundamental techniques.
Participants will not only be trained in passing, serving, setting, and hitting but will also focus on improving coordination and motor skills. The primary objective is to ensure that participants thoroughly enjoy themselves while being introduced to the wonderful team sport of volleyball.
Our philosophy for Future Stars is crafted to unleash the athlete's potential and nurture self-esteem and self-confidence while mastering the skills of volleyball.

Little Rock Volleyball announces summer camp opportunities
The Little Rock volleyball program has announced its dates for summer camps in 2024, with offerings for athletes entering grades 7-12. Registration information and additional details will be released at a later date, but the dates for the camps will be as follows:
• June 7 — Elite Camp
• June 17-21 — Position Camp*
• June 24-27 — Individual Camp
• July 15-16 — Junior High Team Camp
• July 17-18 — Senior High Team Camp
• July 29 — 7th Grade Team Camp
*1st contact on June 17-18, setters on June 19, and Attack Camp on June 20-21)
